I bought a mid-year diary from their webstore with weeks left in my old diary. They sent it via Yodel, and it never arrived - the driver said they had delivered it when they hadn't. I spent a week chasing both Yodel and Paperchase, and eventually Paperchase simply refunded my order and cancelled it. A week of admin and then no item - what a waste of time. Surely they could have done better than this?

The website is poor - it allows you to order and then at checkout lots are unavailable. The delivery time was long. The appearance of the parcel is disappointing - you should be prouder of your brand

Prompt speedy delivery

The scrap book was very scrappy, the ruler was straight, the tape was sticky, the notepad had space for notes and the delivery was delivered.

Poorly packaged picture frame, glass was broken

Nothing major, however I ordered some Black ink Pen refills. I had searched high and low for the correct size. The item was described as each refill is 9.5 cm long, perfect! However when they arrived they are in fact only 7.0 cm. Not much use, and a waste of time.
They are being returned
